How can I get to the hotel?

From North Airport (TFN)
When you leave the Tenerife North airport, join the TF5 motorway towards Puerto de la Cruz - Icod.
You continue along the highway towards Garachico (TF42) until “El Guincho”

When you arrive at El Guincho, follow the signs for the hotel (just before you will see a restaurant on the road called “Cofradía del Mar”) Simply follow the direction of the arrow and go down to the main access door to the farm. Once there, contact us (Phone: + 34 922 133 280) to open the door for you.

From South Airport (TFS)
When you leave the Tenerife Sur airport, join the TF1 motorway Direction Guía de Isora-Santiago del Teide.
You continue along the highway towards Garachico until “El Guincho”

When you arrive at El Guincho, follow the signs for the hotel (just before you will see a restaurant on the road called “Cofradía del Mar”) Simply follow the direction of the arrow and go down to the main access door to the farm. Once there, contact us (Phone: + 34 922 133 280) to open the door for you.

By public transport from Tenerife North airport:

Take line 343 to the Puerto de la Cruz Bus Station; Once there, you must take line 363 towards Buenavista del Norte and get off at stop 4436 El Patio to get to the hotel.

By public transport from Tenerife Sur airport:

What are the reception hours?

Reception hours are every day from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

What happens if I arrive at the hotel after 21:00 pm?

If you know the estimated time of your arrival and you anticipate that it will be later than 9:00 p.m., we would appreciate it if you contact us in advance to let us know. You can find us on the phone +34 922 133 280 or via email . In this way we will provide you with how to access the farm, collect your keys and how to get to your room.

What is the time of entry (Check-in) and departure (Check-out) of the rooms?

Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. and Check-out before 12:00 p.m. If your room is ready upon arrival, you won't need to wait until 2:00 p.m. to check-in.

If you need to leave the room later than 12:00 p.m., as long as we have availability, we can offer you late checkout with an additional supplement.

Can I leave my luggage during the day if I have already checked out of the room?

Of course! You can request it at reception and we will store your luggage for free during the day of departure so that you can continue enjoying the hotel facilities.

Is there a swimming pool in the hotel?

Yeah! And you can enjoy the pool every day of the year. From 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. in summer time and from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. in winter time. It also has heated water, with a constant average temperature of between 24-25ºC.

Is there parking at the hotel?

Yes, we have free parking within the hotel facilities and it is not necessary to book in advance.

Is it necessary to provide credit card information to make the reservation?

Yes, indeed, to make the reservation we need a credit card number and the expiration date.

Can you smoke in the rooms?

All hotel facilities are non-smoking.

Is there a washer and dryer available to customers?

Yes, at an additional cost we can wash and dry your clothes during your stay at the hotel.

Does the hotel have a safe? Does it have an additional cost?

Yes! There is a safe in the hotel rooms and it is completely free for our guests.

Do you have interconnecting rooms?

We do not currently have interconnecting rooms, although availability permitting, we can provide families with rooms that are as close to each other as possible.

Is there a TV in the rooms?

The Hotel El Patio is characterized by its tranquility. This is why we do not have a TV in the rooms, although we do have some pleasant sounds of nature.

Do you accept pets?

We are sorry, but at the moment we do not accept pets in the hotel.

Is there air conditioning in the rooms? And heating?

We can say that in the Canary Islands we enjoy one of the best climates in the world! It is for this reason that our rooms do not have air conditioning or heating.

Is there internet connection?

Yes, we have free WIFI throughout the premises.

Does the hotel have cots for babies? And extra beds?

Yes, of course. We have cots and extra beds on request; so you just have to let us know in advance as we have limited units. Cots are free and extra beds carry an additional supplement of €30/person.

What is the closest beach to the hotel?

A 10-minute walk from the hotel is La Playa del Guincho. Also, on the other side of the hotel there are numerous puddles that border the Malpaís where you can swim. We invite you to discover them!

Is there a restaurant in the hotel?

Yes, we have a restaurant in the hotel, located in the central patio. It is available Monday, Tuesday and from Friday to Sunday, except the months of May, June and September.

What is the breakfast hours?

Breakfast hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. If for any special reason you cannot go to breakfast during this time slot, simply let us know at reception to find the best solution.

Is there a gluten-free breakfast?

We have some gluten-free food options for breakfast; we simply need to know it in advance to be able to prepare them and have them ready.

Does the hotel have a shuttle service to/from the airport?

If you notify us in advance, we can facilitate, as far as possible, both the transfer to and from the airport.

The same price as yesterday does not appear on the web, what happened?

Our prices change depending on the rooms we have available at any given time. Prices generally go up as your travel dates get closer, so we recommend that you book your next vacation as soon as possible.

What does "non-refundable fee" mean?

If you choose a non-refundable rate, it has different clauses associated with it: changes, modifications or refunds are not allowed and also some positive aspects since, as a general rule, you can benefit from a discount compared to the refundable rate.
